1. Initial Consultation
This is usually done over the phone and I will discuss what your soft furnishing requirements are. For example:
- Which windows require dressing?
- Do you require curtains or blinds or other types of soft furnishings?
- How do you use the room/s?
- Who uses the room/s?
- Do you require poles or tracks?
2. Home Consultation
I will visit your home and look at your room/s and offer advice on the best treatments for your windows. Measurements will be taken and I will assess how the treatments will fit into the windows/space and offer advice as to their fixings and functionality.
3. Quotation
Once you have chosen your window treatment/s, I will put together a quotation for you. Should you decide to accept the quote, a 50% deposit is required in advance to enable me to order fabrics/supplies and a provisional fitting date will be arranged.
